Training Program

In Tattile we are particularly conscious about the relevance of our Human Capital; it is our goal to raise and to nurture our people as part of our development and innovation strategy.

It is for this reason that every year we dedicate a significant part of the budget to professional training, in order to develop and strengthen a team that is able to cope with the constant challenges and our growth.

Training Strategical Basics

The development path is based on 4 organisational pillars, the 4Ps:

1.People: development of the ability to inspire and motivate the team in which one works, guiding them towards the objectives

2.Product: development of the ability to imagine and create new products and technologies

3.Project: development of the ability to make every project a success

4.Performance: development of the ability to contribute directly to company objectives

Each of these 4 pillars is in turn divided into two major areas:

1.Management: focus on strategic, inspirational and management aspects

2.Technical: technical tools and supports focusing on technological and methodological aspects

Finally, basic training courses and specialised training courses are planned for each pillar and area.

Training Delivery Formats

There are different ways of training envisaged:


Coaching: tailor-made courses for developing personal skills run by industry professionals;

Mentoring: on-the-job training supervised by the line manager;

Action learning: on-the-job training courses run by external professionals;

Executive: attending training courses organised by Management Schools of the main Italian and European universities


Experiential training: team building courses run by external professionals;

In house: managerial/technical training of inter/intra functional groups held in house by certified professional trainers
