Application
The aim of the vision system is to provide a reliable inspection of PET bottles, different in size, shape, colour and transparency degree.
The system is able to:
- Thread control
- Size control
- Integrity control of handle (when present)
- Scratch control
The system can analyze 10 products per second.

Application
Quality control of two point of toothbrush with a metal foil.
The LVDS cameras have to verify the correct positioning of the pieces and the final assembly
The system is able to check:
- Profile analysis
- Quality control
- Statistics of production
The vision system was installed at the end of supply chain, on a rotating table, and receives the triggers from two sensors.
After the phase of analysis the vision system send the trigger of Good/reject to a PLC.
Thanks to a GUI the changing of type of products and the following configuration of the system are quickly and easy.
